A-Light’s Aloft Wins Product Innovation Award from Architectural SSL Magazine

Oceanside, CA, November 1st, 2020 – A-Light, an established best-in-class manufacturer of specification grade interior lighting solutions, is pleased to announce that its Aloft lighting system has received a 2020 Product Innovation Award (PIA) from Architectural SSL magazine.

The PIA recognizes innovative LED and solid-state luminaires and fixtures in today’s marketplace, while also spotlighting the players behind the components that make up these light sources. Judging and evaluation of products and systems is completed by a distinguished panel of 22 designers and lighting specialists. Manufacturers receive awards for products with attributes, qualities, functionality and/or performance beyond industry standards.

Aloft is a low profile, cylindrical luminaire system, developed to enable designers to create unique lighting environments. By manipulating a horizontal rotation of 200° Aloft can be shaped in countless ways and locked in place to create the desired design. And a 360° rotation joiner enables full control of the direction of the light. Installation and onsite adjustment are simplified with an innovative plug and play connection system that clicks sections together with ease.
