Date: 12 December 2024 Category: Products

GOOD DESIGN was founded in Chicago in 1950 and remains the oldest and most recognized program for design excellence worldwide. The Chicago Athenaeum presents the GOOD DESIGN Awards Program to honor the yearly achievements of the best industrial and graphic designs and world manufacturers for their pursuit of extraordinary design excellence. The emphasis of the GOOD DESIGN program is design and manufacturing that has chartered new directions for innovation and pushed the envelope for competitive products in the world marketplace. Lino was recognized in the Lighting category.

Available in 2.16” and 3” apertures, Lino’s small profile housing and no visible hardware ensure that the fixture subtly integrates into a variety of interior and exterior environments. With an IP66 rating, Lino luminaires are particularly well-suited for outdoor applications with harsher weather conditions such as rain, snow, sand, or excessive dirt or dust. Suspended mountings include catenary or pendant stem. Ceiling, channel, wall, or mullion block can be selected for surface mountings.

All award-winning products are published in the GOOD DESIGN Yearbook for 2024-2025. Winners will also be celebrated in April at the 2024 GOOD DESIGN Show in Athens, Greece.
