The renovation of the 72,000-seat historic California Memorial Stadium at UC Berkeley, originally built in 1923, encompasses extensive historic preservation and retrofit of the stadium bowl along with a new concourses with concessions, a press box structure and athletic training center.

Illinois State University, Milner Library

Illinois State University tasked Noresco, a Chicago-based Energy Services Company (ESCO) to audit its Milner Library and recommend changes to increase energy performance. The primary benefit of an ESCO project is the ability to achieve guaranteed energy savings from no risk capital improvements at no up-front cost.

Collin College Library

The new Collin College Spring Creek Campus District Library, is highlighted by the Jeffersonian-style 60ft-high rotunda featuring A-Light's P5 | annulet5 cove mounted fluorescent luminaires encircling the atrium, inset between the curved supports of two upper tiers, as well as behind the support columns.

Southern California Beach

Three X1 | aire1 bollards were temporarily placed on a Southern California beach to showcase their design with the beauty of the Pacific Ocean using the gorgeous SoCal sunset as a backdrop. BC Ferries Tsawwassen Terminal

BC Ferries - Tsawwassen Terminal in British Columbia is the first of many terminal walkway projects designed by Sylvain Boulanger, lead design architect with Boldwing Continuum Architects. 4ft x 6ft and 6ft x 6ft D5 | accolade5 "L" patterns line the fixed and moveable walkways creating an open, well-illuminated, visually-interesting atmosphere.
